The location is quite convenient, allowing easy access to stunning beaches, shops, and local restaurants-perfect for those seeking adventure without needing a car or scooter. One highlight was the lovely pool area, where my family and I enjoyed both the lively bar pool and the quieter section. We particularly appreciated the option to play a round of tennis; it provided a refreshing break from the day's sun. My daughter had a fantastic time with the hair braiding, and after a week, her braids were still in great shape. While the amenities were enjoyable, there were some areas that could benefit from improvement. During our stay, the staff seemed friendly but often clustered together, leading to missed opportunities for guest service. The drinks ordered at the pool were inconsistent in quality, and it did require some persistence to get attention. The Jayakarta offers a welcoming atmosphere for families, but with a bit more staff attentiveness, it could enhance the overall experience.
